*Edited to add: when I actually managed to get hold of the driver he explained there were some issues today and arranged a follow up time, which in fairness they adhered to. The drivers were very helpful and professional. I've increased my rating on this basis.* I'm a returning customer but I've had such poor service that I certainly won't be using this company again. I specifically pre-booked a timeslot when booking, however this was not communicated to the driver. It's almost 2 hours after the agreed upon time. No communication. The tracking app is useless as it's said the driver is 10 minutes away, for 3 hours already. The call centre cannot communicate with the drivers and the drivers don't answer calls. They very cleverly take a deposit when booking, and if you cancel you lose your deposit, according to the website.
