Following a bad experience in 2020 I had left a review. Recently Erica from Kollect contacted me by email and told that even though time had passed she really wanted to put things right. She offered to give me a complimentary service as a good will gesture. They followed through on this. I am impressed that Kollect are willing to make amends after so much time.
