Ordered skip online for next day delivery, skip did not arrive the next day. I called the Kollect office an was assured that the skip would arrive. Well three days and five phone calls later the skip still has not arrived. If your planning a job and need a skip at a certain time Do Not hire a skip with this company, they have no regard for anyone's time and are completely incompetent. They could'nt manage to deposit a skip in my driveway, I can only hope they can deposit my 239 euro refund into my bank account. My suggestion would be to use a local skip hire company, because Kollect are totally unreliable. Also all these 5 star ratings seem a bit suspect now after my nightmare experience.
