I can't comment on their shirts, but the customer service is definitely subpar! There seems to be a lack of coordination with their logistics partner. My product was delivered, yet it still showed as undelivered in their tracking system, and they kept contacting me to prepare for payment (I had already paid in cash and received my parcel a day earlier). This was quite frustrating. When I showed them a screenshot of my parcel, they claimed it wasn't theirs! After I sent a complete picture of the product, they finally acknowledged it and apologized. It was a very unpleasant experience as a customer, so I would advise against their COD option; they can be quite unpredictable.
