I am extremely dissatisfied due to several reasons: 1. The colors shown on the website are completely different from what I received. 2. The fabric quality is very poor and has an unpleasant smell. 3. The design patterns appear printed, whereas quality shirts typically have woven fabrics with varied thread colors. 4. There are significant sizing discrepancies with their size chart. 5. Customer service is lacking. 6. They claim to have served 23,000 customers, but that seems questionable, especially since the color faded after the first wash.

I can't comment on their shirts, but the customer service is definitely subpar! There seems to be a lack of coordination with their logistics partner. My product was delivered, yet it still showed as undelivered in their tracking system, and they kept contacting me to prepare for payment (I had already paid in cash and received my parcel a day earlier). This was quite frustrating. When I showed them a screenshot of my parcel, they claimed it wasn't theirs! After I sent a complete picture of the product, they finally acknowledged it and apologized. It was a very unpleasant experience as a customer, so I would advise against their COD option; they can be quite unpredictable.
