This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. I purchased a product guaranteed for 4-8 days delivery, and here I am 40 days later without it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund, and they've only offered me 50% off my next purchase while insisting it's on the way. It's almost laughable how bad this is. The only responses I get are from my emails, with them claiming it was lost and they're sending another... which never arrives. I just want my money back, but they refuse to issue it. Seriously, avoid this seller.
