I wouldn't rate this at all. I've been in constant communication with their so-called “customer support” for many days… and for what reason? It’s unclear. They seem to be running a fraudulent operation, misrepresenting their products. I ordered a personalized leather item, but instead received a low-quality substitute made from cheap plywood, with incorrect specifications, and it arrived several weeks late. Now, they refuse to process a refund unless I return the item… to another country. It's evident that I've been deceived.

Complete Scam

I would give it no stars. I've been in constant contact with their so-called customer service for days without any resolution. They are clearly running a scam, misleading customers with false product advertisements. I ordered an inscribed leather item but received a low-quality substitute made of cheap plywood, weeks late, and now they refuse to issue a refund unless I return it... to China. I was truly scammed.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. I purchased a product guaranteed for 4-8 days delivery, and here I am 40 days later without it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund, and they've only offered me 50% off my next purchase while insisting it's on the way. It's almost laughable how bad this is. The only responses I get are from my emails, with them claiming it was lost and they're sending another... which never arrives. I just want my money back, but they refuse to issue it. Seriously, avoid this seller.

One Star is Too Generous

One star is too generous. This company is terrible. My product arrived with all names printed backwards. The quality is laughable, and no one replied to my emails during the 3 weeks it took to arrive. Avoid buying anything from this company; it's cheap, tacky, and they clearly don’t know how to print names properly.

Damaged Flowers, Poor Return Policy

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife ordered flowers for my mother for Christmas, and they took a while to arrive from Hong Kong. When they finally did, two days after Christmas, all the flowers were broken due to terrible packaging. When she tried to resolve the issue, the best they could offer was for us to pay to return them for a full refund or keep the damaged flowers and receive only 50% back. Their poor packing caused the damage, and it seems like they just don't care. I will never use them again. Stay away if you want quality and proper customer service.

Disastrous Order Experience

I placed a large order for glass flowers for my mom for Christmas, and nearly all arrived broken. When I requested a refund, they said I could only receive 30% back because it was damaged in transit, despite their inadequate packaging. I was even told to glue the pieces back together. It's ridiculous! Also, don't be misled by their website reviews; they filter out the negative ones, which is why you see none.

Extremely Disappointed

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a vase for my mom featuring all her grandchildren's names, but what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The item was expensive yet appeared very cheap. I regret not checking the reviews before ordering. Do NOT buy anything from them!

Avoid This Company

Do not order anything from this company. They misrepresent their products; instead of wood, I received a poor-quality plastic item. When I raised my concerns, they offered a mere $8 refund on a product I paid $40 for. Their customer service is terrible.

Completely Disappointed

This company is definitely a scam, and I regret not researching before placing my order! I ordered on November 5th, and by November 7th, I was trying to track it. They required me to create an account, which showed no orders. After a few days, they claimed my package was being made. Weeks went by, and when I checked again, I couldn’t even find their website. They stated it was still in production. I eventually accepted I wouldn't receive it by Christmas. After reading numerous negative reviews, I ordered from another company that guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It's sad how some companies exploit customers for their hard-earned money. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could!
