Damaged Flowers, Poor Return Policy

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife ordered flowers for my mother for Christmas, and they took a while to arrive from Hong Kong. When they finally did, two days after Christmas, all the flowers were broken due to terrible packaging. When she tried to resolve the issue, the best they could offer was for us to pay to return them for a full refund or keep the damaged flowers and receive only 50% back. Their poor packing caused the damage, and it seems like they just don't care. I will never use them again. Stay away if you want quality and proper customer service.
