I ordered $100+ worth of glass flowers for my mom in april for mother’s day. I still hadn’t gotten them by the end of May and began to panic because I was moving at the beginning of June and the order still said processing. I tried to contact them multiple times to see if there was anything I could do. After no response for 2 weeks I went to dispute it with my bank assuming I had been scammed only to immediately get an email a day later with tracking information once the bank gave me my money back. I just got a letter from my bank with what looks to be like forged emails that I never got telling me “to be patient” and a bunch of other unprofessional language. Now they are saying they are going to take the money back because I supposedly got the flowers. So now I have no flowers and am out $100+. I will be trying to redispute with my bank but DO NOT order from here it is a scam and whoever handles the supposed emails is rude.
