I have tried to reach you through all available communication channels (email, phone, social media) multiple times, but there has been absolutely no response.On Instagram, you asked customers with order issues to fill out a form; I have completed this form several times, yet I have not received any reply or update.This was my first purchase from your website, and I am extremely dissatisfied. The lack of communication with customers and the failure to deliver products that have already been paid for is very concerning and damages trust. For me, this experience has been a complete disappointment. Never again.
