Ordered an item 1.5 months ago (mid-january) from minber.de, another website belonging to same company.Minber.de contact info doesnt work at all.Kolnkutuphane.de phone contact doesnt work either, they just dont pick up the phone. I only received a response once from kolnkutuphane.de contact e-mail after sending them many e-mails repetitively. They said they will send my item within march but it is april now and the item I ordered is still not shipped.Tell me exactly when you will ship the item or give my money back!
