On December 27, 2024, I ordered books from the Köln Kutuphane, but as of February 7, 2025, I have still not received them. In response to the first email I sent on January 10, I was informed that my order would reach me within January. However, I have not received any response to my follow-up emails.I request that my books be delivered to me within a week or that my payment be fully refunded without any deductions.
