Unfortunately, my experience with this crypto/finacial company turned out to be very unpleasant.I found that their services,in fact is not efficient nor aequate nor customer-friendly at all... They might reply that "As a regulated financial institution, they must adhere to strict internal and regulatory policies. Under these requirements, thy may occasionally need to reject services for an account, and they are often restricted from disclosing the specific reasons behind such decisions. however, as customers we can still find the other which offer much more better customer friendly services without too much restrictions and rejections..I would highly recommend not to use the services of such company which has too much restrictions against customers!!..
