I followed this from telegram right from the onset, until the time of verification, I saw other countries except Nigeria, Why? It looks then like there is no hope and all my efforts are in vain
Most of the reviews here are fake. You can clearly see they paid for / bot it.In reality, Kolo is a CEX that steals users' fund. They will not support asset recovery, ask questions that are not relevant and just quietly end the support whenever they like. They are experts at making excuses and steal your fundAVOID AT ALL COST!
Unfortunately, my experience with this crypto/finacial company turned out to be very unpleasant.I found that their services,in fact is not efficient nor aequate nor customer-friendly at all... They might reply that "As a regulated financial institution, they must adhere to strict internal and regulatory policies. Under these requirements, thy may occasionally need to reject services for an account, and they are often restricted from disclosing the specific reasons behind such decisions. however, as customers we can still find the other which offer much more better customer friendly services without too much restrictions and rejections..I would highly recommend not to use the services of such company which has too much restrictions against customers!!..
Kolo customer support is the best support. It is always available to help 24*7. Anytime I run into a question or problem even minor. I go to telegram and ask for support. And I am really happy and satisfied with their customer support and how they value their customer. I like it so much. Within 2-10min my issue gets resolved. Never seen such support or assistance. I am really amazed and happy to use their product. Will recommend everyone to use kolo.
Be careful. Scam company. 3 weeks waiting until they will change my email in profile to login in . Did all checks ,verification second time , all passed. Support team - totally incompetent. Looks like the people was just grabbed from the street without any knowledges. During these weeks I am receiving 3 - 4 same copy passed answers on my request for any updates : Our team is focusing on your case, Our team needs a little bit more time to solve all, We will update you shortly , no worries , our team remember about you and bla bla bla . Gonna include the company, which licensed that fakers with approved license to offers that kind of service to keep them move their a s * * * sBalance on app was 150 usd
