Unfortunately, no response was received via either channel.The issue is not only delayed delivery, but that the wrong size was delivered, which is documented with photo evidence in the PayPal case. Due to vacuum packaging and lack of seller communication, return handling is not feasible.The matter is currently under review by PayPal as “Item Significantly Not as Described”. Any proposed resolution should be communicated via the PayPal case so it is properly documented.09.02.2026I ordered a 160 × 200 cm mattress topper, but received a significantly smaller item (approx. 155 × 185 cm). This is not a minor tolerance issue — it is clearly the wrong size.I contacted the seller multiple times by email and also raised the issue through PayPal. The seller never responded at any point, neither directly nor via PayPal.The product arrived vacuum-compressed, making return impractical without seller cooperation — which never happened.Based on my experience, the lack of customer service and failure to address a clear issue make this company difficult to trust. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
