Thank you for your response.
For clarity, I contacted KomfortKissen four times by email via your official customer service address before posting this review and also raised the issue through PayPal, to which you have full access. Unfortunately, no response was received via either channel.
The issue is not only delayed delivery, but that the wrong size was delivered, which is documented with photo evidence in the PayPal case. Due to vacuum packaging and lack of seller communication, return handling is not feasible.
The matter is currently under review by PayPal as “Item Significantly Not as Described”. Any proposed resolution should be communicated via the PayPal case so it is properly documented.

I ordered a 160 × 200 cm mattress topper, but received a significantly smaller item (approx. 155 × 185 cm). This is not a minor tolerance issue — it is clearly the wrong size.
I contacted the seller multiple times by email and also raised the issue through PayPal. The seller never responded at any point, neither directly nor via PayPal.
The product arrived vacuum-compressed, making return impractical without seller cooperation — which never happened.
Based on my experience, the lack of customer service and failure to address a clear issue make this company difficult to trust. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I do not recommend anyone to buy this manufacturer's products. They prioritize quantity over quality. The manufacturer did not bother to air out the mattress before packaging it. For 14 days now, in freezing temperatures, I have been trying to get rid of the very unpleasant chemical smell coming from this mattress. Imagine what it feels like to sleep on something like this... Overnight, the strong odor is absorbed by the pillow and blanket, which also need to be aired out every day.
Order no 239552I ordered a Teddy Bear 130 cm. It was supposed to arrive 2-5 days later.What I received was a Teddy Bear 120 cm, and after 10 days.Given these details to customer service, the answer was: The length of the Teddy Bear depends on how you measure it. Well, I measure it from top of ear to end of toes. This you could see on the photos, I sent to you. How do you measure it??BUT maybe if you measure it from top of right ear - to end of left foot toes - over the nose mountain - then maybe it could be like the ordered 130 cm.They had no other solution on the wrong length than giving my measuring the blame.The parcel came all the way from Lithuania, and had to go across Europe, over Poland and Germany, to finally reach Denmark. It took 10 days!! Not the promished 2-5 days.The Teddy is cute, all though wrong length. Customer Service of no use. The detail level for this company is too low for me, so no more shopping here.
I ordered the 10 piece play sofa for my kids are a surprise and couldn’t recommend any higher. Order through to delivery was seamless and very quick! They have been playing with it every day since they opened the box - excellent quality for a brilliant price!
