Order no 239552I ordered a Teddy Bear 130 cm. It was supposed to arrive 2-5 days later.What I received was a Teddy Bear 120 cm, and after 10 days.Given these details to customer service, the answer was: The length of the Teddy Bear depends on how you measure it. Well, I measure it from top of ear to end of toes. This you could see on the photos, I sent to you. How do you measure it??BUT maybe if you measure it from top of right ear - to end of left foot toes - over the nose mountain - then maybe it could be like the ordered 130 cm.They had no other solution on the wrong length than giving my measuring the blame.The parcel came all the way from Lithuania, and had to go across Europe, over Poland and Germany, to finally reach Denmark. It took 10 days!! Not the promished 2-5 days.The Teddy is cute, all though wrong length. Customer Service of no use. The detail level for this company is too low for me, so no more shopping here.
