3 years of awful service

Ok. What a journey. Almost 3 years ago I bought a gaming computer. I got it, everything was fine until a completely random BSOD. This kept happening. But quite rarely. Like every ~20 hours of use probably?I of course sent it in for a repair. They did a couple tests and said everything was fine then send it back to me. I told them “no, everything is clearly not fine. I still experience these BSODs”. They asked me if I had any accessories plugged into me computer. I told them “yeah, but I have experienced bsod without these accessories. However they might happen more often when I have my drawing tablet and ps4 controller plugged in” (I had tried using my computer for drawing but couldn’t due to BSOD and thereby not being able to save. Plus ps4 controller for a game that required it, but the game needed to be saved every like 20 minutes. So it was just awful playing on a computer that would BSOD every now and then). So I sent in my computer again with my tablet and ps4 controller. My drawing tablet has a cable that was broken. So I fixed it with soldering. It looks kinda weird, but I promise it works absolutely fine. But they immediately concluded that it must be the tablet’s charging cable, so they sent it back. Now, keep in mind that I already told them that the BSODs happened even without the tablet or the ps4 controller. Okay, I just grew tired of them. Transporting a super heavy computer is not an easy task. Communicating with komplett and trying to convince them that it’s their fault isn’t either. So cut to two years later where I’ve just been using my computer to play multiplayer games that don’t require saving: I wrote them again. They told me right away that I need to invoke some more BSOD before I can send it in again. I knew then that I wouldn’t want to spend another couple months, time, thought effort with them. So I just didn’t respond. Now my warranty is almost out and I’m left with having spend 1500usd, hours on transport, writing emails to komplett, having to figure out how to handle the situation, and just all in all way too much effort. And all I got out of that was a gaming computer that couldn’t effectively play games that required saving, nor being used to do work with. So yeah…
