I waited 4-5 months for an item that was initially promised in just a few days. The delivery keeps getting postponed, and the support team has been unhelpful. EDIT: After a long discussion with customer service, they could not provide any solutions.
I placed an order during a heavily promoted sale, but over 35 days later, the company still cannot provide a shipping date or any substantial update. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. It feels like a strategy to gather orders without the means or intention to fulfill them in a timely manner. A very frustrating experience.

I tried to confirm delivery with the carrier, but was told the package had been recalled. I’ve never faced such a situation before and demand a full refund immediately.
