I would first like to say that I have been using Komplett.dk for the best part of 15 years and the customer service has always been impeccable. I have lived in Denmark for 17 years so I am absolutely used to bad customer service, but Komplett has always been the exception. Until a year ago when it just got worse and worse. Rude staff and bad to nonexistent communication. It would take me too long to explain every situation but the most recent of which I had a problem with a faulty GPU, they pretty much called me a liar and even when I supplied video proof they haven't got back to me.My son is a gamer/streamer and will be advising his viewers not to use Komplett for their gaming hardware needs. I of course will not be recommending them anymore either, which is a shame, because 5 years ago I couldn't recommend them enough.
