Ordered a table and headset from them.Firstly everything was fine for a day, but next day the table arrived in Denmark from Norway. I asked for all-items in one delivery so naturally I called them.The couldn't answer why only the table was delivered to the courier, so he wanted to look into it and promised to call back later in the day.The next day I hadn't heard from them, no email or call, so I called them back.They hadn't found out anything and wanted to go and have a look again. This time I made them promise to call me back even if the didn't find anything anything.Guess what? No call or mail...Fast forward a week, with daily calls, they still haven't found anything, same story every time.The Headset is missing and the Table can't be delivered and is stuck at a package terminal because I ordered it as collected delivery.Now I can't go to a big event I wanted to because the didn't live up to their promise of 2-3 days delivery.The Customer support is about the saddest most useless people I've ever conversed with, and I've have worked a similar job.I will never shop or recommend them ever again just because of the treatment they give people.Educate your personel. Find a better Courier. Learn to live up to your own promises.Horrible Experience.
