Even when I did receive a response, it was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. I sent multiple emails to the support team, first to cancel my order, then to request a return authorization. I am still waiting for a proper answer, as if my previous emails lacked clarity. Additionally, the fit is not universal; the heel patch shifts forward, leaving my heel exposed after a short walk. It takes several minutes to put each sock on, especially at first. Some threads have already started to unravel, making me question their durability. They feel excessively tight rather than just firm. While they might fit a medium-sized foot, they are definitely not suitable for anything over size 10. I cannot recommend this product at all. While the concept seems promising, there's a long way to go before it meets expectations, and their customer support is dismal.
