I highly recommend staying away from this seller. The shoes were too narrow and uncomfortable, and the socks did not fit properly. After multiple attempts to contact them via email, we only received a response after reaching out on social media. They refused to accept our returns, regardless of the number of emails sent. It feels like they are intentionally ignoring us, so we plan to dispute the charges and seek a full refund. I will not be shopping here again.

1) The product is highly overrated. 2) It does not fit all sizes. Fitting the toes is challenging and can be quite painful once they are in. (Note: I ordered several pairs for family members to try; some are in their 30s and fit, while others are in their 50s.) 3) I received a follow-up email with a request to 'Leave a Review.' However, the link provided does not lead to a straightforward way to leave feedback. Trustpilot seems to be the only option, and the reviews there do not align with those on the company's website, which I now suspect may be manipulated.

It takes several minutes to put each sock on, especially at first. Some threads have already started to unravel, making me question their durability. They feel excessively tight rather than just firm. While they might fit a medium-sized foot, they are definitely not suitable for anything over size 10. I cannot recommend this product at all. While the concept seems promising, there's a long way to go before it meets expectations, and their customer support is dismal.
I am absolutely furious. This feels like a scam! The product is very uncomfortable, and it seems like my circulation is being cut off. The claim of being able to run on rocks is absurd. I requested a refund, but they have completely ignored my multiple emails. They need to be held accountable. I am extremely frustrated with this situation.
