I strongly advise avoiding this seller. The shoes were too narrow, causing discomfort, and the socks did not fit properly. We sent numerous emails without any response until we took our complaints to social media. They flatly refused to accept our returns, no matter how many emails we sent. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring us, so now we plan to dispute the charges to secure a full refund. At this point, I would never consider shopping here again.
