Speeds only good in parts of Europe; the UK user on here who said dial up 1980's was not kidding

Update:Whoa, Koofr blames me for speed problems!? Do they think I'm a senile elderly person who doesn't know what high speed internet is? That I live in the countryside? We invented your apps over here in this part of the world you use on a daily basis... I've dropped you to one star over that and going through my review history like I'm a criminal on trial."Based on your other reviews it seems you may have a general issue with your internet providers international speeds. Sometimes contacting an ISP directly and asking why speeds to foreign locations are much slower than local services results in them fixing things, but they can be a hassle to deal with."In the middle of one of America's fastest high speed cities known for tech infrastructure, my speeds are lagging? Google chose this locale as one of the first cities entering the Wifi market! WE HAVE AN APPLE CAMPUS HERE AND OTHER MAJOR COMPUTER HQS!Yeah, I left a review for ONE EU based service with shoddy bad speeds for America. My other negative EU cloud service review was due to the file rejection in coding, not the speed which was fine. Yours does not work well outside of your region. I access UK file sharing regularly and my own daily cloud service as my #1 is IceDrive, a UK brand hosted there and Gibraltar.Blaming the customer is cheap. Yes, you attract other users from the USA, the Dale Gribble off "King of the Hill" types worried about data privacy. Data privacy has its value, but that's ALL you are getting for a customer base. Do not tell me your speeds are appealing to people with files other than sharing their kids' soccer games or doing something morally weird they can't upload on Dropbox.Would appreciate you quit making up stories on the spot, but yeah, I'll probably log in here and be shamed for wearing the wrong brand of clothes next? A user must be wearing the right denim when uploading to achieve optimum speeds?I told the Koofr team when they blamed my speeds to quit contacting me, and they keep arguing over e-mail it's my speeds post refund to prove me wrong like they're making a living off customer blaming, so I am sending my complaints with their correspondence to StackSocial's support team. Apple doesn't run a company like this. Koofr, you want to succeed in America? Please fix your speed issue, stop blaming customers, and learn to respect boundaries. I'm more upset at all that, not that I needed a refund. The refund was processed by StackSocial not Koofr, like they make it look here anyway. Koofr had 0% input in processing it. I made them aware of my desire for one, that was all, as a backup plan if StackSocial didn't process it right away. The other disgruntled speed person here on TrustPilot is UK based. Are you going to next say that customer isn't getting good speeds from being in the USA with our "slow" Internet too in a top global tech hub?Original review:Not for North American customers. Please put a disclaimer that the speeds are unusable and should not be sold to people in countries outside of Eastern continental Europe and maybe central Europe.I aimed for this to be my cloud backup #3. 2GB was estimated to upload between 90-120 minutes, no matter how long I waited. The UK customer here is proof that being in Britain isn't close enough for the speeds to work. I thought that was a fluke. Got a lifetime deal via another website. It isn't a lifetime deal, or any deal, if I can't use the product. I'm requesting a refund from the third party website of purchase. As someone who really gives a push to supporting businesses outside of the big tech names, this is heartbreaking your product doesn't work out.
