As an individual user, Koofr is by far the best cloud storage I've found, I've used it since 2019 and I wouldn't use anything else. This year I paid €19.67 for 100 GB of cloud storage, which is ample for every single bit of my data (yes I back it up on EHD too, belt and braces). It has Windows-style desktop clients, syncing is moderately fast, and support when I've made enquiries has been amazing with responses within a couple of hours. There's an Android app too, though any file you view gets downloaded, so I have the web page pinned to my phone screen where I can browse files at will, with the app reserved for offline use.UPDATE: You can now view files with the Android app without them having to be downloaded, so I've benn able to remove the web page pinned to my home screen.
