Support is biased and personally involved with Koofr itself. They don't understand the customer comes first approach. They act as if the company is a customer, so customer service is difficult. Koofr did help me in the end so it's not all doom and gloom. I wouldn't not recommend the company, just have patience if something goes wrong. I wish Koofr the best and I'm sure they will succeed. I'm not sure about their product. But their customer service could use some improvement
