I REGRET ever using this company.I bought a life time plan from stack social. I thought it was a good deal but ended up being a major headache.I finally decided to make the switch and Koofr advised me to connect my DropBox drive to theirs and transfer my data that way.Koofr LOST most of my data and all they could say was that it was impossible and to go to look in the trash!? Laughable. They did not believe me at all. How aweful they were.I lost sleep because of this. The files that were gone were life consequential.Stupid me for not making a back-up.I got a refund from Stack Social after arguing until I was blue in the face.Koofr then locked me out of my account WITHOUT NOTICE!I would consider it very high risk to use them.Everything is Koofr cool until it's not.Thank God DropBox was able to retrieve my data from the point in time just before the transfer to Koofr was initiated. DropBox believed me and understood for real the connection between a person's life and their data. This made a huge difference. They are true professionals with a real service not a hobby one like Koofr.
