This is the worst delivery service I've ever faced. The package pickup was delayed, and I received no proper updates or follow-up. Customer support was utterly unhelpful. Calls were redirected multiple times, the agents were rude, and no one accepted responsibility or offered a solution. It genuinely felt like customers are not valued at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking even basic professionalism.
