Terrible delivery experience.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The parcel was not collected on time, and there were no proper updates or follow-ups. The customer service was utterly unhelpful. Calls were transferred multiple times, the agents were impolite, and no one took responsibility or offered a solution. It truly felt like customers are not appreciated at all. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who expects even basic professionalism or accountability.

Terrible delivery service I've encountered...

This is the worst delivery service I've ever faced. The package pickup was delayed, and I received no proper updates or follow-up. Customer support was utterly unhelpful. Calls were redirected multiple times, the agents were rude, and no one accepted responsibility or offered a solution. It genuinely felt like customers are not valued at all. Avoid this service at all costs...

Do not use this service as they consistently fail to deliver packages on time. I've been waiting nearly a week for my package, and despite numerous calls, no one is taking responsibility. I would never recommend this company to anyone; they're slower than a snail and charge exorbitant fees without delivering. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a courier service.

Extremely poor delivery service...

This delivery service has been the worst I've experienced. The rider ignored calls and kept shifting responsibility. Customer support was very unprofessional and lied about the delivery date, failing to deliver as promised. Customers are treated with complete disregard. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this service.

Service from the branch is unacceptable...

The service from this branch is extremely lacking. I submitted a pickup request, and there was no response. It feels like a company with no accountability. I'm highly disappointed with this unprofessional service.
