Koombiyo is a really shitty service. They say delivery failed without even calling and then give a number for area manager which is never answered. Their hotline is also unanswered though it rings for ages. They have had my parcel since 23rd April without attempting to deliver then within 10 minutes of the message saying handed to rider they message again saying failed to deliver when the rider didnt even call me
