A year ago I purchased 6 bottles of Hydrating Vitamin C Shower Oil and 6 Ultra Restore Body Butter and 1 replacement for the body butter. Out of the 6 shower oils only 1 of the pumps worked, for a while. I had to keep moving the working pump to the new shower oil. After 4 moves it finally gave out. I've struggled to use the remaining 2 without working pump. I gifted 5 of the body butters keeping 1 plus the replacement for myself. When it came time to replace the empty tub with the new tub in the jar I wasn't able to remove the old tub. I wrote to Kopari explaining my situation. They sent me back a canned response and did not address either of my problems that I wrote them about. I replied that I didn't appreciate their condescending canned response and to please provide solutions to my very real problems. Their response, they don't offer replacement pumps nor do they sell them and they don't have an "official solution" they can share with me to remove the old tub from the body butter jar. This kind of customer service is why we cannot support small businesses. They lack infrastructure. Most frustrating. I tried to support a women-owned business based in CA and this is what I got. Utterly ridic.
