The customer support is extremely disappointing, and the website is challenging to navigate. When I reached out, I encountered an automated system that provided no options, just a voice stating it couldn't assist. I wouldn't recommend using this site. It takes hours for them to respond. Their policies are unreasonable regarding refunds. I attempted to cancel my order before it was shipped, but it proved impossible. They only respond after shipping, claiming they cannot cancel at that stage. Very misleading.
