I am receiving two different types of products: one bag of cocoa crumbles and another with large chunks. I receive no notification before being charged for an incoming shipment. It feels like I'm getting too many orders each month. Now, I'm trying to cancel my subscription but can't find a way to do so! I’ve sent multiple emails asking for cancellation, but have had no success. I might have to report my card lost to stop them from charging me for unwanted products!
