Extremely disappointing support and a challenging website. When attempting to reach out, you are met with an automated system that offers no choices, only a voice stating it cannot assist with your call. I would advise against using this platform. It takes hours for them to respond. They are inflexible regarding refunds. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped, but it was impossible. They only respond after shipping, stating that a shipped order cannot be canceled. This feels very misleading.
