I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note FE, and after placing the order, I didn't receive any updates for about three working days. I tried to contact them, but they didn't respond for a day or two. After creating a ticket via payment service, I suddenly received an update about my package being picked up by FedEx two days later. It was delivered today, and the phone matched the description. I'm pleased with the phone, but I'm not satisfied with their customer service. However, I'm not upset :)
