Fraudulent company!

We ordered an MP3 player on August 5, 2025, and it’s still showing as waiting for information. The website they provided is fake, as the emails bounce back. It’s a fraudulent company, so DO NOT purchase from them!

Awesome site with plenty of options from Korea! Customization available

Fantastic - shipped within a week, arrived in 2-3 days! I ordered an ALT MIVE phone and a clear case but only received the phone. However, I got a refund for the case and I'm very pleased with the phone. It arrived brand new in a box, well protected. I couldn't reach the seller via messaging, but I'm happy the phone came in excellent condition! I recommend ordering with confidence, even if the seller is busy with orders; they take care of everything for you :)

Customer service needs improvement

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note FE, and after placing the order, I didn't receive any updates for about three working days. I tried to contact them, but they didn't respond for a day or two. After creating a ticket via payment service, I suddenly received an update about my package being picked up by FedEx two days later. It was delivered today, and the phone matched the description. I'm pleased with the phone, but I'm not satisfied with their customer service. However, I'm not upset :)
