This is definitely a scam. I'm disappointed in myself for not doing my research before purchasing from this website. I ordered an item and have received nothing. I'm now requesting a refund, hoping they return my money.

I ordered electronics and have not received any response via email or shipping tracking since my purchase. They do not ship within two days as stated on the website. It’s been weeks since I ordered, and I will need to file a dispute to get my money back.

Ordered some Korean Pokémon cards

Ordered some Korean Pokémon cards. $500 worth, paid for express shipping (2-5 business days) back on Aigust 28th. Payment cleared August 30th. Tracking created September 1st. No updates to tracking, FedEx says they have no received a package for that tracking #. I've emailed them twice and called the telephone number they provide with no response. It is now September 15th and I am placing a dispute against this company. Buyer beware, they are a scam.

I've been using this service soley as a proxy address for over 2 years now. Due to a direct contact with the staff, communication is very easy and issues can be addressed at once. The shipping prices are still not as high as when I order from weverse directly and the possibility to combine items has been of great help.I am very happy with the service and will continue to use it.

scams for overseas clients

Recently I ordered an samsung note 10 plus from this online shop. It is stated on the website that this is an original phone with only minor scratches. In good condition. But after I received the goods, I found that the mobile phone I received was a substandard product. There are many bubbles under the screen. I went to my local Samsung service center to check. A Samsung service center technician indicated that the phone was repaired. The screen, back cover, and spen are all not original products. after that, I requested return and refund. unfortunate, the customer service never send me any return label. they just continue ignoring my e-mails.
