I was informed that the item would be dispatched the same day. By Wednesday, I hadn’t received the item or any updates, so I emailed the representative. After not getting a response, I called and left a message on Friday. By Monday, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called again and spoke to the same representative, who assured me the order should have been sent and he would check with the warehouse. The item finally arrived in good condition on Wednesday. The takeaway is to be patient; they are a family-run business that handles a high volume of orders, especially during busy seasons. I found the representative to be courteous and helpful when I was able to reach him.

I found an item I wanted at a lower price than anywhere else, so I checked the reviews here. They don’t do this service justice! I received an acknowledgment email after submitting my ID, and the item arrived within two days. Brilliant service and very responsive to emails. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this service deserves a higher rating.
I canceled my order within 14 days and requested a refund, but I’ve been ignored ever since. When I called from a different number, they responded immediately. However, when I inquired about my refund, there was no response. My bank will now pursue this individual.
This service is a total scam and won't send your items. They keep promising refunds but never deliver. When I threatened to escalate the matter and leave negative reviews, I was met with abusive responses and even a phone call where the individual claimed to know my address.
I’ve been attempting to contact this service regarding my order for a couple of weeks without any response. I understand that companies can get busy, but a lack of communication leads me to believe there’s an issue. I will be seeking a refund via PayPal and advise others to avoid this service. Three weeks later, still no crossbow and no refund! The insults just keep coming. The individual berates everyone who complains about not receiving their order. He claims, “I ordered a crossbow that was out of stock,” yet you can’t pay for an item if it’s out of stock! When will my money be returned? Also, check the reviews for the other platform... same small-time scammer?
I just received my refund from my bank's fraud team after over a month. This individual is a total scammer. I should have checked reviews before ordering. He ignored emails, texts, and calls but was quick to take my money. Interestingly, he responds to negative comments here, calling people weirdos. The recent five-star reviews seem fake. All he needed to do was issue a refund for a product that was supposedly in stock but wasn't. Avoid this seller.
