Order made on 1/1/2026 remains undelivered. Customer service only provides generic information available on the tracking, which forced me to reach out to the carrier multiple times. The carrier takes no responsibility for this delivery, as their contract is not with me. I informed the support team about my numerous contacts with the carrier and, as of 20/1/2026, received a reply stating ''the carrier will deliver''—a message that has been on the tracking since 9/1/2026 without any actual progress. There is a lack of effort to resolve this issue, and the responses lack understanding, consisting merely of template phrases like ''I am so sorry'' and ''Thank you for your patience.'' A frustrating experience—if you're ordering from this location, you might not receive your order.
