Simply positively impressed with the store! I made a big purchase this week and the shipping was extremely fast, very easy to use website. I had a problem with my delivery address that I filled in incorrectly, and when I contacted them by whatsapp I was even more impressed with the kindness of those who attended me, the speed and ease with which they helped me and solved the problem, sending at the same time another order with my products with the correct address so that I did not have to wait for the entire DHL process to return to them. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
Parcel got lost,after emails and emails between the KS customer service and the delivery agency with a lot of misinformation my request went thru.Another week goes by and finally a reply that indeed it was lost and I will get my money back.Slow cuatomer service and after all that not even a small gift or coupon code or such for the whole situation...
Package got "lost" in the pick up place and KS customer service is slow with replies and no end in sight.Please help me either with a new package or money back!Such a shame since I already ordered before and loved the products!
Order made on 1/1/2026 remains undelivered. Customer service only provides generic information available on the tracking, which forced me to reach out to the carrier multiple times. The carrier takes no responsibility for this delivery, as their contract is not with me. I informed the support team about my numerous contacts with the carrier and, as of 20/1/2026, received a reply stating ''the carrier will deliver''—a message that has been on the tracking since 9/1/2026 without any actual progress. There is a lack of effort to resolve this issue, and the responses lack understanding, consisting merely of template phrases like ''I am so sorry'' and ''Thank you for your patience.'' A frustrating experience—if you're ordering from this location, you might not receive your order.
Korean skincare is remarkably effective! I place my order, and it arrives the very next day (this may just be my experience). Additionally, they include many thoughtful gifts and samples. This has become my preferred destination for skincare.
Orders arrive well-packaged and quickly. I appreciate the extra care in all orders. The selection is great, but I hope they expand to include more brands in the future. I love this store and even though there are many other skincare options online in the Netherlands, I remain loyal to this company ❤️.
