Like a lot of people, I was influenced by their Instagram ads for the colour changing foundation that were all over my feed. They advertise that you can try it risk free for 60 days and if you're not completely happy, you can return it for a refund. The product itself if pretty useless. It doesn't change to match your skintone, but just stays white. So unless you're going for the geisha look, it's useless.I messaged them to ask if I could return it. I was told that since I'm an international customer, they would refund the order within the week and I didn't need to return it. After chasing the refund twice, I finally got it almost four weeks later. However, the product cost £21.60 not including delivery, and they have refunded only £7.32. I messaged them back to find out why, but of course haven't had a response.Pity I couldn't give them zero our of five. Don't touch them with a bargepole.
