The product is terrible - does not change to your skin tone, is greasy, AND the biggest lie is that you can return the products for a full refund, but they withhold $10 because???
Like a lot of people, I was influenced by their Instagram ads for the colour changing foundation that were all over my feed. They advertise that you can try it risk free for 60 days and if you're not completely happy, you can return it for a refund.The product itself if pretty useless. It doesn't change to match your skintone, but just stays white. So unless you're going for the geisha look, it's useless.I messaged them to ask if I could return it. I was told that since I'm an international customer, they would refund the order within the week and I didn't need to return it. After chasing the refund twice, I finally got it almost four weeks later. However, the product cost £21.60 not including delivery, and they have refunded only £7.32. I messaged them back to find out why, but of course haven't had a response.Pity I couldn't give them zero our of five. Don't touch them with a bargepole.
I ordered this product with high hopes. I received it in a timely manner but when I tried it, it caused my skin irritation (I have sensitive skin which the foundation was supposed to be safe for). Additionally the foundation did not have coverage but rather went on like a heave white wax and pretty much stayed that way. I did reach out to the company twice to try to get a refund (they say you can expect a reply in 24 hours) I never received a reply and could not get a refund. Dissappointed all around do not recommend.
Brought he Korean colour changing stick. There website looked good had a variety of different items. Was quite expensive for what it was €30 but thought I'd treat myself. Well why did I not check reviews on here first. Mine came within 3 weeks but when I opened the packing instantly knew I'd been scammed. Product looks totally different from website pictures. Different shape no packaging/ branding on item. Very cheap plastic stick with a white cream inside, which stays white on your face. Total scam. Have emailed no response. DO NOT get succered in like me!!
