I placed an order on a Saturday morning and quickly emailed to cancel it. I received a response shortly after, expressing regret about my cancellation request. Since it was just minutes after placing the order, I assumed they hadn't started processing it yet. However, I heard nothing until today when I was informed my order was on its way. Their email mentioned a processing time of 1-4 days after receiving the order, so I don't understand why it wasn't canceled. I'm very dissatisfied.
