I placed an order for two crumple glasses at the beginning of December for my son as Christmas gifts, and they finally arrived on December 23rd from overseas. I was alarmed to find one of them was broken upon arrival. They were only bubble wrapped, while the website indicates that all items are supposed to be boxed. I don't understand why they would be bubble wrapped if shipped internationally. I reached out via email but received no response, so I sent daily follow-ups. Eventually, they replied, stating that the couriers are responsible for the delivery issues, which is true, but they chose the courier, not me! They offered to replace the broken glass. Unfortunately, when my son used the surviving glass, it broke when he poured whisky into it. I decided to halt my payment through the payment service. The replacement glasses arrived on January 16th, and this time, both were intact. My son mentioned that they are pleasant to drink from, but after reading reviews here, I'm hesitant to order again. Fortunately, I didn't face too many issues getting responses, so my advice is to keep following up and consider using a payment service that allows for refunds.
I gifted 8 glasses this past Christmas, and everyone who received them loved them. They feel great to hold and enhance the nosing and tasting experience that I previously only enjoyed with a specific type of glass. I had a delivery issue with two of the glasses, but it was resolved promptly when I reached out! Thank you! I look forward to exploring more of your glassware designs in the future.
I am extremely disappointed. My order never arrived, and there was no response from the support team. I strongly advise against using this service! Additionally, they utilize an encrypted emailing system that causes all emails to be deleted after a certain time.
The claim that “Every Kori Whiskey glass is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship” is far from the truth. After a long wait, I received what was described as an “original wooden casing for you to be the very next person to have touched the glass after its craftsman” (which turned out to be plywood), containing two flimsy, cheaply made glasses that I would hesitate to give as a gift. This feels like a complete scam.

In my view, it is neither handmade nor of Japanese origin—it's utterly disappointing. I wouldn't consider giving it as a gift, and it's not even worthy of being thrown away.

I received a response from the support team at 9:59 am, expressing regret about my cancellation request. Given the short time frame, I expected that processing hadn't begun yet. However, I received no further communication until today, when I was informed that my order was on its way. Their email indicated that processing takes 1-4 days after an order is received, so I can't understand why my cancellation wasn't honored. I'm very dissatisfied.
Total scam. I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. Avoid this company at all costs. The "glass" appears plastic and is nothing like the one shown on the website; it arrived poorly packaged with just bubble wrap. It's disappointing to see such practices that take advantage of customers.
