I placed an order for two crumple glasses at the beginning of December for my son as Christmas gifts, and they finally arrived on December 23rd from overseas. I was alarmed to find one of them was broken upon arrival. They were only bubble wrapped, while the website indicates that all items are supposed to be boxed. I don't understand why they would be bubble wrapped if shipped internationally. I reached out via email but received no response, so I sent daily follow-ups. Eventually, they replied, stating that the couriers are responsible for the delivery issues, which is true, but they chose the courier, not me! They offered to replace the broken glass. Unfortunately, when my son used the surviving glass, it broke when he poured whisky into it. I decided to halt my payment through the payment service. The replacement glasses arrived on January 16th, and this time, both were intact. My son mentioned that they are pleasant to drink from, but after reading reviews here, I'm hesitant to order again. Fortunately, I didn't face too many issues getting responses, so my advice is to keep following up and consider using a payment service that allows for refunds.
