Stayed 2 days at home waiting for UPS delivery that never showed up. Parcel left 12 km away. I am disabled: emailed Koro explaining I cannot go there to pick up, please cancel and refund. They asked me to wait 14 days and submit new requests! UPDATE: GOT A REFUND 7 DAYS AFTER MY ORDERYet, unreliable delivery is a major obstacle for me. Their products are good quality and well priced but if they are not delivered what's the point?
