I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.
My order was already taking longer than expected to arrive, and on the scheduled delivery day, the tracking suddenly showed that the parcel had been “refused” and was being returned to the sender, which is simply not possible. The delivery address is my company, where there is always someone present to receive packages.
To make matters worse, I received no notification whatsoever about this issue. Had I not proactively checked the tracking myself, I would have had no idea there was a problem...
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted KoRo through two different channels and received no response at all... no explanation, no assistance, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
I am now left without my order and without any communication from the company.

Well this shop it's screening prices for country so when you leave in the most expensive country like Switzerland and they charge you literally twice for the same product you find in the supermarket you start to believe that this is just a scam take for example the tahini organic bottles in migroy supermarket 250 g it's 4.5 Swiss Francs so for their 500 mg cup they charge 18 Swiss Francs so do the mats and you see how they double things you can find in your own supermarket for half the price they just abusive and it's not justified and they're 5% reward it's laughable
I contacted Customer Service to address issues with the delivery service. I understand that KoRo may not have direct control over this, but the shipping delays and deliveries to the post office instead of my home are frustrating. It is challenging to arrange pick-ups from the post office. Due to these issues, I am reconsidering ordering from KoRo in the future.
