I placed an order with them 13 days ago. At some point I got an email stating that the order was "completed" when nothing actually arrived at destination. On their website there is a link to the tracking and when you click on it, you get a broken link message so no tracking number. I tried to phone customer service and gave up at the 4th recorded message. I wrote them an email and they replied that there was a problem and that they had to do a new order. Still no tracking number and quite contemptuous responses from customer service when I pointed that I will go on holiday soon and that I am not looking forward to leave the food in the hands of UPS for weeks when it's meant to be kept refrigerated which will probably means a loss of around £50 for me. I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this shambolic shopping experience. So much for German efficiency!
