I have not received my order for over a month nor have I received a refund. I've given them the exact address and they can't even put that correctly on the shipment label. I've received like 20 emails from UPS to update my address which they inputted incorrectly. And of course you can't update the UPS address without some lengthy registration process and frankly I don't understand why I, as a customer, am supposed to fix your mess. Not mentioning the fact a customer is an ENEMY here - it's impossible to get in touch with the non-existent customer service of Koro. This is the last time I am ordering something from you.
